Common use of Sellers' Certificates Clause in Contracts

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate dated as of the Closing Date executed by an authorized officer of Seller certifying as to the fulfillment and satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate from Seller, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated as of the Closing Date executed Date, and signed by an authorized officer of Seller Seller’s President, certifying as to the fulfillment and satisfaction of the conditions matters set forth in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser Buyer shall have received been furnished with a certificate dated as of the Closing Date executed by an authorized officer of the Seller dated the Closing Date, certifying as to the fulfillment and satisfaction of effect that the conditions set forth contained in Sections 7.1 and 7.2Section 6.1 have been fulfilled.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate dated as of (the “Sellers’ Closing Date Certificate”) jointly executed by an authorized officer of Seller certifying each Seller, dated as of the Closing Date, to the fulfillment and satisfaction of effect that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1 6.1, 6.2 and 7.26.3 hereof have been satisfied.
