Sellers' Further Deliveries. Any time, and from time to time after the Closing Date, at the reasonable request of the Purchasers and without further consideration, the Sellers will execute and deliver such other instruments of sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment and confirmation and take such action as the Purchasers may reasonably determine is necessary to transfer, convey and assign to Purchasers and to confirm Purchasers' title to or interest in the Acquired Assets, to put Purchasers in actual possession and in operating control thereof, to assist Purchasers in exercising all rights in respect thereto and to ensure the transition of the Business from the Sellers to the Purchasers in an orderly and smooth fashion.
