Operating Control definition

Operating Control means direct or indirect control of, or the ability or right to control or vote (directly or indirectly) a majority of the voting securities of Borrower.
Operating Control means the authority to perform, direct or authorize the operation of all devices under its control. Operating control is not synonymous with ownership. Operating Control is not synonymous with the actual execution of any switching operations.
Operating Control means a mechanism regulating or guiding the operation of equipment that ensures a specific operating mode.
