Common use of Seller’s Limited Right Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Limited Right. Seller may only transfer the rights to utilize the Company-Owned Site under this Attachment Z (Company-Owned Site) to a permitted assignee of all of the rights and obligations of the Seller under this Agreement. Any attempt by Seller to separately transfer the rights to utilize the Company-Owned Site under this Attachment Z (Company-Owned Site) shall be void. Any permitted assignee of Seller shall assume all obligations and liabilities of Seller under this Attachment Z (Company-Owned Site). No transfer shall affect any obligations of Seller or rights of Company under this Attachment Z (Company-Owned Site).
