Selling and Buying MOS. Subject to the following subsections of this Section 4(c) and to Section 6, during the Initial Term Seller will sell, and Buyer will purchase, all MOS. Merchandise that is deemed to be MOS for purposes of this Agreement will be determined consistent with the mutual understandings of Seller and Buyer in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date.
