Prepayment prior to the fifth (5th) anniversary of the due date of the first monthly principal and interest payment due under this Note will not be permitted. If METLIFE at any time accelerates this Note after an Event of Default (defined below), then BORROWER shall be obligated to pay the Prepayment Premium in accordance with the foregoing schedule. The Prepayment Premium shall not be payable with respect to condemnation awards or insurance proceeds from fire or other casualty which METLIFE applies to prepayment, nor with respect to BORRXXXX'x xrepayment of the Note in full during the last three (3) months of the term of this Note unless an Event of Default has occurred. Mos. The Center of Excellence network operations center (NOC) will actively monitor the network’s quality using the industry standard MOS that automatically activates alarms on the router if the MOS score dips below a specific value. When this occurs, the router will automatically route all traffic over the redundant IP network route.
Mos. LE may from time to time MOS certain of its Merchandise by making the appropriate MOS entries in SRC’s system. The LE Designated LE Staff will remove such Merchandise from the sale floor and box it up for shipment to the CRCs. SRC will liquidate such Merchandise through its providers and pay over to LE the net proceeds of the sales of such Merchandise consistent with practices in place as of the Effective Date. LE will be responsible for all Fees and expenses associated with SRC removing such MOS from the sales floor and preparing such MOS Merchandise for transport.
Mos. If Management accepts a negotiated wage offer or any other new monetary incentive (i.e., signing bonus, etc.), a fact-finder’s award, a conciliator’s award, or is compelled to pay by operation of law, a wage increase for the 2021-2023 wage rates during the Fraternal Order of Police, the International Association of Firefighters, and/or the Building Trades Council successor contract negotiations, or offers to City non-represented employees a wage rate that is greater than the wage rate negotiated with the Union, Management will provide this wage offer or any other new monetary incentive to the Union at the conclusion of the successor contract negotiations with the Fraternal Order of Police, the International Association of Firefighters and/or the Building Trades Council. The increased wage rate or any other new monetary incentive will become effective January 1 of the relevant year. Aircraft Rescue Firefighters who become E.M.T.P. certified by the State of Ohio are eligible for accreditation pay of $153.85 paid 26 times per annum commencing with the pay period following receipt by the Director of Aviation of said certification.
