SELLING CONTRACT. Tenant is responsible for re-letting the terms of this agreement with approval by Landlord. Tenant forfeits any rights afforded in existing contract upon receipt of deposit of the individual who purchases said contract. All balances due on contract remain in force and Landlord shall be free to pursue any and all means necessary for collecting any and all outstanding balances due by Tenant. The purchaser of said contract shall abide by existing payment terms set forth in the contract, and any balances that have not been paid shall be paid before transfer of contract to purchasing Tenant. No refunds will be made by Rockefeller LLC nor landlord. All attempts to recover parts of sold contract should be made by tenant through the person who the tenant sold the remainder of the contract to.

  • Sub-Contract The contractor shall not subcontract any or all of the supply without written consent of the purchaser. The contractor shall solely be responsible to the Purchaser for all the supply including that of the sub-contractor, if allowed by the purchaser

  • Continuing Contract 10.3.3.1 The second contract for a regular faculty member is the continuing contract for continuing employment. A continuing contract will not be offered to any faculty member who is not deemed to have a Master's degree or equivalent in accordance with the agreed criteria. Those faculty members having a continuing appointment as of August 1975 will not be affected by this clause.

  • Existing Contracts Billing terms and provisions contained in existing contracting entity agreements (existing as of the date this policy is approved by the Board of Supervisors) shall remain in effect for the life of the contract.   • Service Contract The Parties intend this Agreement to be a "service contract" within the meaning of Section 7701(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

  • WHOLE CONTRACT This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Contract between the parties relevant to the purpose described herein and supersedes all prior agreements or proposals, oral or written, and all other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.

Any amendments to this offer shall be made in writing, signed by all parties, and copies shall be attached to all copies of the original offer.   • Service Contracts (a) The Trustees may, at any time and from time to time, contract for exclusive or nonexclusive advisory, management and/or administrative services for the Trust or for any Series with any Person; and any such contract may contain such other terms as the Trustees may determine, including without limitation, authority for the Investment Adviser to determine from time to time without prior consultation with the Trustees what investments shall be purchased, held, sold or exchanged and what portion, if any, of the assets of the Trust shall be held uninvested and to make changes in the Trust's investments, and such other responsibilities as may specifically be delegated to such Person.
