Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

00 - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 It is the Employer's right to operate and manage its business in all respects in accordance with its responsibilities and commitments. Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.
International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
Contract Option In the event that the Interconnection Customer and Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to utilize the Negotiated Contract Option provided by the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement to establish, subject to FERC acceptance, non-standard terms regarding cost responsibility, payment, billing and/or financing, the terms of Sections 10.1 and/or 10.2 of this Section 10.0 shall be superseded to the extent required to conform to such negotiated terms, as stated in a schedule attached to the parties’ Interconnection Construction Service Agreement relating to interconnection of the Customer Facility.
Card Transactions (a) Card Network Rules. When accepting payment card Transactions, you must comply with all applicable Card Network Rules, including the Visa Rules specified by Visa, the Mastercard Rules specified by Mastercard, and the Card Network Rules specified by American Express. Each Card Network may amend its Card Network Rules at any time without notice to you.
