Semi-annual Business Review. Seller and Buyer will meet twice yearly at mutually agreed times and locations to review various aspects of the relationship between Buyer and Seller, including results, progress towards objectives, strategy, markets, netback statements, accounting and payment issues, areas that are working well, areas that need improvement, regulatory and compliance issues, logistics, terminal issues, and other issues.
