Semi-Annual Reports. Clinigen shall provide the Joint Steering Committee a formal Commercialization report semi-annually. Such reports shall set forth in detail the results of Clinigen’s Commercialization activities related to the Licensed Product performed during such semi-annual period in each Country in the Territory. ***CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION.
