Common use of Semi-Annual Reports Clause in Contracts

Semi-Annual Reports. Starting not later than forty-five (45) days after the first six (6) month from the Effective Date, the Borrower shall cause the Cadastre Agency to provide to the Bank a written report of: (a) the results of monitoring and evaluation of the Project, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (b) the status of the agreed performance monitoring indicators for the preceding six (6) months, and, thereafter, to furnish to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days after each subsequent semiannual period another report on the same matters which shall cover such semiannual period.
