Semi-Annual Status Meetings. Representatives of the Respondents shall conduct semi-annual meetings with the Department to discuss Respondents’ compliance status with the provisions of this Order on Consent. Respondents shall schedule these meetings to occur during the months of March or April to discuss the immediately-preceding reporting period, and September or October to discuss the immediately-preceding reporting period. The meeting can be conducted telephonically if agreed in writing (including electronic correspondence) by all parties in advance.
