Common use of Semiannual Meetings Clause in Contracts

Semiannual Meetings. From time to time during the Term of this Agreement, but in any event not less than once every six (6) months, the two business unit managers shall meet (either in person or by teleconference) to discuss each Party’s performance of the terms of this Agreement and to make recommendations to improve its future performance.
