Common use of Semiannual Meetings Clause in Contracts

Semiannual Meetings. The full NC-XXXX body shall meet at least twice per year on a specific date, time, and location designated by the President and CEO. Members shall use these semiannual meetings to receive reports on the activities and budget of the organization, assess issues related to alignment among participating regional compacts, elect the members of the Executive Committee, and take other actions consistent with the mission of NC-XXXX.
