Seminars and Conferences. The Board of Education at its discretion approves attendance of teachers at educational conferences that occur on school time. These leaves do not affect the current or accumulated leave day use. The Board will grant to each employee approved to attend such function a leave with pay and agreed expense allowance for the period of time necessary to attend.
