  • Copies of Agreement The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Union shall have printed sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Agreement Copies The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement.   • Certification Regarding Entire TIPS Agreement for Part 1 and Part 2 Contracts 5 This is a two part solicitation. Part 1 is solicited for TIPS sales that are not considered a "public work" construction project. Part 1 permits the sale of goods and non-construction/non-"public work" services such as maintenance and minor repairs. Part 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is solicited for projects considered by your TIPS Member Customers to be a "public work" construction project. The determination of whether or not a TIPS sale amounts to a "public work" construction project requiring a Part 2 JOC contract is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale. Thus, Vendors are encouraged to respond to both Parts 1 and 2 in case your TIPS Member Customers require that a sale be made under one Part or the other. However, responding to both Parts is not required. If Vendor responds and is awarded to both Parts, Vendor will have one contract for Part 1 and a separate contract for Part 2.

  • Disclosure Statement for Xxxx IRAs 1. Am I Eligible to Contribute to a Xxxx XXX? Anyone with compensation income whose Modified Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) does not exceed the limits described below is eligible to contribute to a Xxxx XXX. (For convenience, all future references to compensation are deemed to mean “earned income” in the case of a self- employed individual.) Employers may also contribute to Xxxx IRAs established for the benefit of their employees. You may also establish a Xxxx XXX to receive rollover contributions or transfers from another Xxxx XXX or, in some cases, from a Traditional IRA.   • Accurate and Timely Submission of Reports a) The reports and administrative fees shall be accurate and timely and submitted in accordance with the due dates specified in this section. Vendor shall correct any inaccurate reports or administrative fee payments within three (3) business days upon written notification by DIR. Vendor shall deliver any late reports or late administrative fee payments within three (3) business days upon written notification by DIR.
