Common use of Sending Notices Clause in Contracts

Sending Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Security Agreement shall be sent by United States mail, telecopier, personal delivery or nationally established overnight courier service, and shall be deemed received (a) when received, if sent by hand or overnight courier service, or mailed by certified or registered mail notices or (b) when sent, if sent by telecopier (except that, if not given during normal business hours for the recipient, shall be deemed to have been given at the opening of business on the next Business Day for the recipient), in each case addressed to the Grantors at the notice address set forth on Exhibit A, and to the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties at the addresses set forth in the Credit Agreement.
