Common use of Sending the agenda Clause in Contracts

Sending the agenda. The chairperson of a Project Consortium Body shall prepare and send each Member of that Project Consortium Body a written (original) agenda no later than 14 days preceding the meeting. 2.3.1) and shall give notice in writing of a new meeting to each Memer of the Project Consortium Body as soon as possible but not later than the minimum days preceeding the meeting as indicated above.
