Common use of Senior Executive Personnel Clause in Contracts

Senior Executive Personnel. The individuals employed from time to time as the General Manager, the Director of Golf at each Facility, the Head Professional at each Facility, the Director of Food and Beverage, the Director of Outside Services, the Director of Sales, the Director of Marketing, the Director of Instruction and the Executive Chef (or serving such functions, regardless of the specific titles given to such individuals).
