Senior Firefighter Clause Samples
Senior Firefighter. .01 Effective first pay period of 2015 the rank of Senior Firefighter shall be added to Appendix A at the rate of 103.5% of a 1st Class Firefighter. Senior Firefighter class is reached after 8 years of completed service.
Senior Firefighter. A. Promotion to Senior Fire Fighter shall be contingent on completion of twelve (12) months at FF 4 with satisfactory performance evaluation.
Senior Firefighter. Senior Firefighter Level I and Senior Firefighter Level II classification commence at the beginning of the employee’s tenth (10th), twentieth (20th) and twenty-fifth (25th) years of continuous service in the bargaining unit respectively.
Senior Firefighter. (C) means a firefighter who translates to this paypoint as a result of being a Senior Firefighter in the previous agreement.
(a) If the employee has completed the requirements of the Leading Firefighter transitional arrangements he or she is deemed to be the equal of a Leading Firefighter for the purposes of determining eligibility for: • Attendance at courses conducted both internally and externally; • Transfer and/or promotion to a vacant position; and • Any other related matter.
Senior Firefighter. In this Agreement, the words “Senior Firefighter” shall mean a member who has held the Classification/Rank of First Class Firefighter for a minimum of six (6) years.
Senior Firefighter. Removed as of July 1, 2019.
