Seniority Award Clause Samples

Seniority Award. Each candidate shall earn one-half (1/2) point per year for years of continuous service, up to five (5) points for ten (10) continuous years service. For purposes of this section, a year of continuous service shall equal two hundred sixty (260) days of compensable status.
