SENIORITY IN STATE AND FEDERAL PROGRAMS. A. When teachers have the same starting date, their place on the seniority list shall be determined by a lottery to be conducted jointly by the District and the Union within ten (10) school days after the start of the school year. B. Teachers may only accrue District-wide seniority.
