SENIORITY OF COMMITTEEPERSONS. Permanent Layoffs Pursuant to Paragraph (63) of the Master Agreement, Committeepersons and Alternate Committeepersons will be considered to have super-seniority within their groups during appropriate times of permanent layoff. In addition, all shift Committeepersons and their Alternates will have super- seniority rights on shifts other than those on which they function as Committeepersons or Alternates.
