Seniority - Outside Assignments. Any employee, after having established seniority under the provisions of this Agreement, who is temporarily assigned to another job by the Company (outside the bargaining unit) shall continue, for not more than ninety (90) days per calendar year, on a cumulative basis, to accrue seniority on his regular classification during such period of temporary assignment. If such employee works more than ninety (90) days per calendar year on a cumulative basis, he shall forfeit one (1) day of bargaining unit seniority for each day in excess of ninety (90) days worked outside of the bargaining unit during that calendar year.
