Seniority Preference on Assignment. Where more than one employee is temporarily assigned to any job, the assignment shall be made on the basis of seniority so as to afford the senior employee preference of work assignment, location and shift. Where sufficient employees in the same classification cannot be obtained, temporary assignments will be offered on a seniority basis to other qualified, available employees at the site where work is available.
