Seniority Right to Interview. If the person currently filling the contracted position on a temporary basis was selected for this position through a posting/selection process, rather than seniority selection of a part-time employee or offer to a contracted employee on lay-off, and the person has satisfactorily performed in the position, the person shall have a right to a final interview to the position when it is open for a permanent employee.
