Sensitive Personal Data. “Sensitive Personal Data” is a subset of Personal Data, which due to its nature has been classified by Law or by SPONSOR policy as deserving additional privacy and security protections. Sensitive Personal Data consists of: (i) all government-issued identification numbers (including social security, passport, national ID and driver’s license numbers); (ii) all financial account numbers (including payment or credit card numbers and bank account numbers); (iii) individually identifiable health information hereafter referred to as “Personal Health Data” (PHD); (iv) biometric information; (v) all data obtained from a consumer reporting agency (such as employee background investigation reports, credit reports, and credit scores); and (vi) data elements revealing race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, and criminal records or allegations of crimes
