Sensitive Personal Data. Sensitive personal data refers to specific types of data that are treated as particularly sensitive, such as racial or ethnic origin, religion, criminal convictions, trade union membership and health data (collectively, “Sensitive Data”). Additional security and protection measures (e.g., physical security devices, restricted access) are provided for Sensitive Data. Company will obtain, where required by law, your explicit consent to the processing of any Sensitive Data about you.
