SEPA Case Manager Application. The cost of the SEPA Case Manager Application to SBBC is One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars and 77/100 Cents ($121,934.77) for the time period of January 14, 2023 through June 30, 2023; and Two Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand, Thirty-Nine Dollars and 50/100 Cents ($266,039.50) for the time period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; for a total of Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and 27/100 Cents ($387,974.27).

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
