Case Load. Attorney(s) may handle up to a maximum of 242 cases per year (i.e., a maximum of 100 felonies, 125 misdemeanors, 12 juvenile cases, and 5 appeals). If the total volume of cases requires that Attorney(s) be appointed to handle more than 485 cases a year, Attorney(s) will be compensated for work on such extra cases at the rate of one and one-half times the normal rate for indigent defense cases in each respective county, or the reasonable fee that the presiding judge finds by order to be appropriate. In these cases, the Attorney(s) must present a form listing the time spent on each case, together with the activities for which the time was incurred, to the presiding judge for approval.
Case Load. A committee shall be formed to examine the case loads of the members of this bargaining unit. The committee shall be chaired by the SPED Director or his designee. The committee’s membership shall be comprised of four (4) members to be appointed by the Union and four (4) members appointed by the Administration. The findings of the committee shall be reported to the parties no later than May 1, 2016.

In the interest of a sound learning environment, the Moscow School District No. 281 shall endeavor to maintain class sizes based on the following guidelines for maximum number of students: K-1 22 per classroom 2-3 23 per classroom 4-5 26 per classroom 6-12 145 Academic core and academic electives caseload 6-12 165 PE/Music/Electives caseload K-5 Special Education 19 Caseload 6-12 Special Education 23 Caseload 6-12 Special Ed designated as significant needs 15 Caseload If the teacher’s caseload exceeds the guidelines above, a meeting will be held between the building principal, the affected teacher and the superintendent or designee to discuss options for reducing the caseload. The meeting will be held within the first three weeks of the start of a new semester, or quarter if course is for only a quarter, at which time the affected teacher will be provided one of the following options: Caseload for grades K-5, the following shall apply: • For teachers with 1 to 4 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum the teacher shall choose an hour of aide time per student/per day or $100 per student over the agreed upon case load per semester. • For teachers with 5 to 9 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum the teacher shall receive a $100 stipend per student/per semester and an hour of aide time per student/per day. • If a teacher has 10 or more students over the maximum caseload, the District will take immediate action to bring the caseload to below 9 students over the maximum caseload per semester. Caseload for K-5 Specialist, the following shall apply: • For teachers where caseload exceeds the grade level maximum, an aide will be offered for the affected class period. • For teachers who have classrooms with a complete classroom and a split classroom, an aide will be provided to assist the teacher. In addition, $25 per student over the appropriate grade level maximum per semester will be paid. Caseload for grades 6-12, the following shall apply: • For teachers with 1 to 4 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum a $25 stipend per additional student stipend per semester. • For teachers with 5 to 9 students over the agreed upon caseload maximum a $50 stipend per additional student stipend and one day of prep per semester. Case Load. The District shall not exceed a caseload maximum beyond California Education Code limits (including those limits for Special Education Pre-School).
Case Load. The active caseload of each of the Bio-monitoring Nurse Care Manager should not exceed 100 active patients. The caseload is monitored by the Life Care Manager and the Area Home Care Director to ensure manageability. Regular contact with the patient/caregiver is essential to providing Bio-monitoring Nurse Care Management. Active cases require a minimum of one personal contact (telephone call or home visit) with the patient per month. Total caseload numbers are reflective of active cases only.
A. Active Case Patient that is being evaluated for admission or has current PMP orders and is self-monitoring and reporting at the agreed intervals.
B. Inactive Case Patient who is not actively self-monitoring and reporting at the agreed intervals for greater than sixty (60) days.
C. Discharge Case Patient who has been terminated from services and currently not being followed by the Bio-monitoring Nurse Care Manager.
Case Load. 27 A. On the twentieth (20th) day of instruction, guidance coordinator case loads will be adjusted to ensure that case 1 loads will not exceed an average of 380 students each. If guidance coordinator case loads exceed the 380 2 students after the twentieth (20th) day of instruction, the site principal and the Guidance Coordinators may 3 agree to allow existing Guidance Coordinators to assume the additional students into their case load in 4 exchange for extra compensation. Extra compensation will be calculated using the following formulae:
5 1. Determine the FTE equivalent by dividing the total number of students in the school by 380. 6 The FTE equivalent will be rounded to the nearest 20% increment.

G13 of the guidance coordinator salary schedule, times the FTE equivalent, divided by the total 8 number of days in the guidance coordinator work year, times the number of work days from 9 the 20th day of instruction to the last day of the instruction, divided by the number of Guidance 10 Coordinators assuming the additional students.
11 B. The District shall not exceed individual or average case load limitations as set by law. (Resource Specialist 12 is 28, and Speech and Language Pathologist is 55.) Case loads for special education teachers at the secondary 13 level shall not exceed 23.
14 C. On or after the 45th day of instruction or at the end of the first quarter, whichever is earlier, any RSP teacher 15 whose case load exceeds limitations set by law shall receive extra compensation at one-sixth 1/6 of his/her 16 per diem for each day that the maximum is exceeded.
17 D. In the event the District decides to layoff Counselors, Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, or 18 Nurses, it will, prior to such layoffs, meet and negotiate with the Association on the effects of such layoffs if 19 so requested.
00 X. Xxx Xxxxxxxx shall make all reasonable efforts to maintain an equitable workload distribution among 21 Psychologists and Nurses at each level (elementary, middle school, or high school) to which they are 22 assigned.
Case Load. Attorneys acknowledge they will be appointed by the appropriate court to represent all indigent misdemeanor defendants in Xxxxxxx County who have been designated to be on the mental health docket and/or were flagged as exhibiting mental health issues. Attorneys shall also accept initial appointment on all indigent felony defendants (except for capital murder defendants) who have been flagged as exhibiting mental health issues. It is understood that if after 45 days the Defendant is determined by Attorneys to not be a candidate for continuation in the mental health case load, the Attorneys will request appointment of other counsel from the felony wheel system to serve as lead counsel on the case. Attorneys may continue on the case as co-counsel if it is determined that the Defendant would benefit from continued case management services for mental health issues. If such occurs, the Attorney under this contract shall continue to provide competent representation, including but not limited to providing case management services. Attorney may handle up to a maximum of 360 cases per year (i.e., a maximum of 100 felonies, and 250 misdemeanors, and 10 appeals). If the total volume of cases requires that Attorney be appointed to handle more than 360 cases a year, Attorney will be compensated for work on such extra cases at the rate of one and one-half times the normal rate for indigent defense cases in each respective county, or the reasonable fee that the presiding judge finds by order to be appropriate. In these cases, the Attorney must present a form listing the time spent on each case, together with the activities for which the time was incurred, to the presiding judge for approval.
Case Load. The Public Defender may handle up to a maximum of 400 cases per year (i.e., a maximum of 150 felonies, 150 misdemeanors, 90 juvenile cases, and 10 appeals). If the total volume of cases requires that the Public Defender be appointed to handle more than 400 cases a year, the Public Defender will be compensated for work on such extra cases at the reasonable fee that the presiding judge finds by order to be appropriate. In these cases, the Public Defender must present a form listing the time spent on each case, together with the activities for which the time was incurred, to the presiding judge for approval.
Case Load. Attorney may handle up to a maximum of 36 cases per year. If the total volume of cases requires that Attorney be appointed to handle more than 36 cases a year, Attorney will be compensated for work on such extra cases at the rate of one and one-half times the normal rate for indigent defense cases in each respective county, or the reasonable fee that the presiding judge finds by order to be appropriate. In these cases, the Attorney must present a form listing the time spent on each case, together with the activities for which the time was incurred, to the presiding judge for approval.
Case Load. Contractor will support no less than sixteen (16) Blueprint practices; the specific number of practices will be determined by the needs of the practices and discussion between State and Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for supporting at least one (1) HSA Community Collaborative. Contractor’s QI facilitators shall provide short term support to practices or Community Entities in other HSAs when extra staff support is needed, such as facilitation of a community-wide learning collaborative or when coverage is needed due to a staffing shortage, such as vacancies of QI facilitator staff or during scheduled time off for other QI facilitators.
