SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT FACILITIES. Subject to Clause 2.8 (Aggregation of Advances), the Facilities granted in this Agreement are separate and independent of each other. The aggregate of the amounts outstanding at any time under each Facility shall be a separate and independent debt.
