Common use of Separate Classifications Clause in Contracts

Separate Classifications. A classification series is a group of classifications with similar duties of increasing complexity and responsibility which comprise the normal promotional progression within an occupation or discipline, for example: Community Health Nurse 1, Community Health Nurse 2; Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist, Sr. Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist. The groupings set forth in Appendix B shall be considered the classification series.
