Common use of Separate, divisible agreement Clause in Contracts

Separate, divisible agreement. 14.1.1. This clause is a separate, divisible Agreement from the rest of this Agreement and shall: - 14.1.1.1. Not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clause; and 14.1.1.2. Remain in effect even if the Agreement terminates or is cancelled.

Remain 18.1.2 remain in effect even if the Agreement terminates or is cancelledcancelled or declared void.

Not 26.2.2 not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clause; and; 14.1.1.2. Remain 26.2.3 remain in effect even if the Agreement terminates or is cancelled.

Separate, divisible agreement. 14.1.1. This clause is a separate, divisible Agreement agreement from the rest of this Agreement and shall: -: 14.1.1.1. Not 7.1.1 not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times disputes, including the issues set forth above, be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clause; and 14.1.1.2. Remain 7.1.2 remain in effect even if the Agreement expires or terminates or is cancelledfor any reason whatsoever.

Remain 26.2.1.2 remain in effect even if the Agreement terminates or is cancelled.

Not 36.1.1 not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clause; and 14.1.1.2. Remain 36.1.2 remain in effect even if the agreement set out in this Agreement terminates or is cancelled.

Separate, divisible agreement. 14.1.1. This clause is a separate, divisible Agreement agreement from the rest of this Agreement and shall: -: 14.1.1.1. Not 12.1.1 not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clause; and; 14.1.1.2. Remain 12.1.2 remain in effect even if the Agreement terminates or is cancelled.

Separate, divisible agreement. 14.1.1. 12.1.1 This clause 12 is a separate, divisible Agreement agreement from the rest of this Agreement and shall: -: 14.1.1.1. Not 12.1.1.1 not be or become void, voidable or unenforceable by reason only of any alleged misrepresentation, mistake, duress, undue influence, impossibility (initial or supervening), illegality, immorality, absence of consensus, lack of authority or other cause relating in substance to the rest of the this Agreement and not to this clause. The Parties intend that any such issue shall at all times be and remain subject to arbitration in terms of this clauseclause 12; and 14.1.1.2. Remain 12.1.1.2 remain in effect even if the this Agreement expires or terminates or is cancelledfor any reason whatsoever.
