Separate Funds. Every reference in this Agreement to a Fund shall be deemed a reference solely to the particular Fund referred to. Under no circumstances shall the rights, obligations or remedies with respect to a particular Fund constitute a right, obligation or remedy applicable to any other Fund. In particular, and without otherwise limiting the scope of this Section 6.13, CTC shall have no right to set off claims against one Fund by applying thereto the property of any other Fund.
