Common use of Separate Metering Clause in Contracts

Separate Metering. Nothing in this Article will restrict Xxxxxxxx’s right to require at any time separate metering of utilities furnished to the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. In the event utilities are separately metered, Tenant will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of any such meters at its sole cost and expense.
