SEPARATION OF SERVICES OF TEACHERS. A Resignations 2 A teacher who has accepted his/her contract for a teaching position for the next school year in the district shall not be released from that contract to accept another position until a suitable replacement has been contracted in his/her place. In the event, a teacher resigns on or after June 15, $800 will be borne by the teacher if the Board accepts his/her resignation. In the event, a teacher resigns on or after July 1, $1500 will be borne by the teacher if the Board accepts his/her resignation. If a teacher resigns on or after July 15, $2000 will be borne by the teacher if the Board accepts his/her resignation.
