Common use of Separation Pay Clause in Contracts

Employees separating from City employment, shall be paid on the pay date covering the last day of employment for their salary due through the last date of employment, plus the value of all accumulated vacation time hours, and the value of unused compensatory time off, which shall be calculated based on their hourly rate at the time of his or her separation.
