Separation Pay. 38.1. When an Employee separates from City employment, he or she shall be paid in full on the payroll covering the last day he or she actually worked for his or her wages due, the value of accumulated vacation time, time off due for holidays which fell on his or her days off, and unused compensatory time off, such value to be calculated based on his or her Basic Hourly Rate at the time of his or her separation.
