Common use of Server Software Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Server Software Subscriptions. Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server used as a Virtual Guest Virtual Guests may be pooled or shared on any other System that has a Software Subscription with the same (a) support level (Standard or Premium) and (b) number of Virtual Guests (1, 4 or unlimited Virtual Guests), provided that you do not exceed the total number of Virtual Guests associated with the underlying Software Subscriptions.
