A Notice under this Agreement must be: (a) in writing, in English and signed by a Person duly authorised by the sender; and (b) hand delivered or sent by prepaid post or e-mail to the recipient’s address for Notices specified by the Party from time to time, as varied by Notice given by the recipient to the sender.
