Appointment Availability. (a) Subject to paragraph 3.10 (b): Either where the Communications Provider uses the Appointment Dialogue Service, and subsequently places the associated order prior to the expiration period of the reservation; or where the Communications Provider places a Forecast Order and BT provides the next available appointment, BT shall offer the Communications Provider an available appointment within 12 Working Days of application If BT fails to do this, the Communications Provider shall be entitled to the compensation set out in paragraph 4.10.

Wait times for Provider’s scheduled appointments shall not exceed 45 minutes, including time spent in the waiting room and the examining room, unless Provider is unavailable or delayed because of an emergency.
