Service Benchmarks. Commencing as of the effective date of this Agreement, the Services shall be provided by USBFS and received by GE Parties in accordance with certain documented key service benchmarks (the “Service Benchmarks”) that are mutually agreed to and reflected within the Service Level Document. USBFS agrees to monitor and measure its performance of the Service Benchmarks, and USBFS agrees to provide monthly reporting to GE Parties in such form as agreed upon from time to time by the parties.
