SERVICE CALLS, CALLS LOGGING AND OUT OF HOURS ARRANGEMENTS. 3.1. Any calls placed by Licensee to FDB will be dealt with by FDB’s customer service department.
3.2. Any calls placed by Licensee outside of Contracted Support Hours shall be automatically date / time logged by FDB at the time received.
3.3. Any calls placed by Licensee outside of Contracted Support Hours shall be actioned from the start of the next Contracted Support Hours.
