Common use of Service Commencement Clause in Contracts

Service Commencement. 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled, and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee): 3.2 Unless due to an Engineer error, missed installation appointments incur a missed appointment charge calculated in accordance with Voip Unlimited’s Price List and Tariffs. 3.3 Voip Unlimited estimates the following lead times for Landline Telephony Services: 3.3.1 PSTN – 20 Business Days 3.3.2 ISDN2 – 20 Business Days 3.3.3 ISDN30 – 30 Business Days
