Common use of Service Contract Clause in Contracts

Service Contract. Service Contract means the maintenance contract or warranty sold/offered by You to Your Customer, as attached hereto as Appendix A, setting out the terms on which such Covered Asset will be repaired or replaced in the event of a Loss.
