Common use of Service Contract Clause in Contracts

Service Contract. Service Contract" means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the Hotel, excluding the Hotel Management Agreement.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the Hotel, excluding but does not include the Hotel Management Agreement, the Hotel License Agreement or any Equipment Leases.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the Hotel, excluding the Hotel Management Agreement.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the Hotel, excluding including the Hotel Management Agreement.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the HotelHotel delivered in accordance with Section 4.9 hereof, but excluding the Hotel Management Agreement.

Service Contract" means any of the contracts contract or other arrangementsarrangement, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvementconstruction, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the HotelProperty; excluding, excluding the Hotel Management Agreementhowever, (i) any property management contract or arrangement and (ii) any contract for services with Seller, or any affiliate of Seller.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any each of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the Hotel, excluding all of which are identified in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit J. “Service Contracts” does not include the Hotel Management Agreement, the Hotel License Agreement or the Equipment Leases.

Service Contract. “Service Contract" ” means any of the contracts written contract or other arrangements, written or oral, arrangement for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvementconstruction, maintenance, repair, protection repair or operation of the HotelProperty; excluding, excluding the Hotel Management Agreementhowever, any property management contract or arrangement. “Service Contracts” mean, collectively, every Service Contract.

Service Contract. Service Contract" means any of the contracts or other arrangements, written or oral, for the continuing provision of services relating to the improvement, maintenance, repair, protection or operation of the HotelProperty; excluding, excluding however, (i) any property management contract or arrangement and (ii) any contract for services relating specifically to Seller's operations at the Hotel Management AgreementProperty, unless it is contemplated for any reason that such services would continue after the termination of such operations.
