Common use of Service Customer Clause in Contracts

Service Customer. If on the WSA form the Customer selected the “Standard” or the “Premier” option, Customer is a “Service Customer” as such term is used elsewhere in this Agreement, and the Customer may store the Customer’s Wine in a storage locker located at the Facility, designated for the Customer’s use by the Company.
