Common use of Service Fee Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Service Fee Adjustments. Securitas shall be entitled to adjust the Service Fee during the term of this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Customer in case Securitas’ costs for the provision of the Services increase due to (i) increased labour costs (including unionization of any Site) or costs related to any equipment and tools provided, (ii) changes in insurance premiums, and/or (iii) changes in legislation or regulations relating to the Services.
