Common use of Service Innovation Clause in Contracts

Service Innovation. 40.1. The Contractor will work with the Authority, and/or Framework Public Bodies to map the full end-to-end supply chain and identify and prioritise supply chain initiatives throughout the life of the framework agreement. 40.2. Where applicable, the Contractor will inform the Authority and Framework Public Bodies when new and emerging technologies, that meet the same specific need, become available during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement. 40.3. The Contractor will inform the Framework Public Bodies of on-going improvement services, which is of benefit to the Framework Public Bodies and the Cloud Services being provided under the framework, as part of the Framework Public Bodies and Contactor review.
