SERVICE INTEGRATION. Contractor and a designated Human Services Agency representative will coordinate service delivery so that clients receive timely and accurate services. Contractor will coordinate training with HSA to insure that its staff is knowledgeable and up to date on the services provided by Human Services Agency, other community agencies and the current needs experienced in the community.
